Dec 1985 Launched the Kitchenomics program, a relationship marketing program designed to generate loyal consumption of Del Monte products by providing economical recipes.
Mar 1993 Introduced the 202 juice drinks - handy single-serve beverage with a convenient pull-top opening.
Nov 1995 Launched the affordable stand-up pouch packaging for sauces.
Mar 1997 Implemented a new sales distribution system whereby the Company took over the servicing of key accounts.
Jun 1997 Introduced the pasta line - the first time that a non-pine, non-tomato-based product was launched.
Apr 1999 Implemented the enterprise resource planning system throughout the organization.
May 2000 Consolidated all key and developmental forwarding warehouses.
Aug 2000 Expanded product offering for the US market to include the fruits in glass jars.
Nov 2000 Established the Corporate Supply Chain Management function.
Apr 2001 Introduced the premium grade fruit syrup for industrial customers in the US.
Dec 2001 Commenced full operation of the Process Development Pilot Plant in Manila.
Jan 2002 Commenced full operation of the New Products Pilot Plant at the cannery.
Oct 2002 Given the SM Supplier of the Year Award, a first in the company's history from the Philippines' largest supermarket operator.
Oct 2002 Awarded the Supplier of the Year Food Service Category by Philippine Seven Corporation, operator of the 7-11 convenience store chain in the Philippines.
Oct 2003 Completed the Fruit Receiving area to enable the Cannery to process riper fruits.
Oct 2003 Awarded the 2003 Employer of the Year Award by the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.
Nov 2003 Given the SM Supplier of the Year Award.
Nov 2003 Awarded the Supply Chain Excellence Large Supplier Category by Philippine Seven Corporation.
Nov 2003 Kitchenomics loyalty programme hits 20 years.
July 2004 Acquired a premium juice company in China, Great Lakes Fresh Foods and Juice Company Ltd.
Jan 2005 Acquired a food processing facility near Bangalore, India.
Mar 2006 New Management put in place.
Sep 2006 Launched Del Monte Fit 'n Right Juice Drinks in the Philippines, a breakthrough drink with fat-burning L-Carnitine and B-Vitamine.
Sep 2007 Acquired 40% stake in FieldFresh Foods Pvt Ltd, a venture with the Bharti and Rothchild groups that grows and packs fresh fruits and vegetables in India.
Nov 2007 Purchased the S&W brand right globally ex-Americas, Australia and New Zealand.
Nov 2007 Re-launched Del Monte Fit 'n Right Juice Drinks in PET format, a first for the Company.
Feb 2008

Philippines 7-Eleven awarded Del Monte Fit’ n Right as one of 2007 Innovative Products of the Year
